You'll leverage your analytics, data science, and modern AI tools to optimize funnel performance and drive revenue growth for PG Forsta. Responsibilities include:Support strategic growth efforts by analyzing historical data and trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives by working with our growth teams across sales and marketing.Work closely with the growth team to address key strategic questions and provide insights on how data can be utilized and manipulated to improve growth performance.Lead and manage complex data analytics projects, including target list management, predictive scoring, opportunity influence, and more.Leverage advanced analytical techniques (e.g. predictive modeling, causal inference, machine learning, AI) to uncover hidden patterns, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic decision-making.Proactively identify and address data quality issues, implementing data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Design and maintain dashboards, or other informative methods, to provide real-time visibility into key metrics and information that improve the workflows of internal teams.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to management and other stakeholders.Stay up to date on the latest trends in growth strategies and AI.Build and execute data pipelines built from internal data and external data.Manage data infrastructure platforms and the datasets that reside within them for ad-hoc growth focused data projects.Construct, execute and manage data validation tests.Ensure that the datasets are in the ideal format and stored in the correct system as per their needs.To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those based near one of our hub locations in Chicago, South Bend or Boston, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.
