Full-Time Maintenance Handyman

We need a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Handyman for our Marin properties. The candidate will have background in general maintenance and repairs, be self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine & basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.

- Troubleshoot and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential problems.

- Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize and complete work orders.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Provide excellent & professional customer service to tenants and property manager.

- Will assist in unlocking vacant properties to allow daily tours to perspective renters.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.

- Ability to perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and more.

- MUST own basic tools and a reliable van or truck for transportation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Benefits:

- $25.00 to $35 per hour.

- You will be hired as independent contractor.
