Bookkeeper assistant
We are a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving the southland for over 15 yrs. We are seeking a full-time
asisistant bookkeeper to join our team. The position requires working at our physical office located in Newbury park. Work hours can be flexible to some degree.

The duties and responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
-Bookkeeping
-A/R and A/P
- Accomplishing day-to-day organizational tasks
- Facilitate efficient communication across the entire office or specific department.
- Provide customer service, when needed as back up to CSR department
- Write memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets, and other reports as needed.
- Keep the office database and filing system up to date and organized.
- Work with office staff and field staff.
- Work closely with exisitng Accounting staff
Necessary skills:
Experience with home services and Spanish would be a big plus.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment (computers, printers, iPads, mobile devices, and virtual communications)
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
