Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives and improve overall sales performance.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Prepare and deliver presentations that showcase our products' benefits and features tailored to client needs.

Skills

Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred.

Strong background in business development with a focus on generating new leads.

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
