Residential Cleaner

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our rental properties are cleaned to the highest standard, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces.

Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.

Restock amenities such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other guest essentials.

Inspect the property for damage or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly.

Ensure all appliances and equipment are in working order and clean.

Follow a detailed checklist to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.

Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within allotted time frames.

Requirements:

Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping (experience with short-term rentals is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable transportation to and from properties.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and between guest check-ins/check-outs.

Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
