Content Marketing Strategy, Senior Associate

This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Asset Management Marketing team to partner with the business and provide a comprehensive view of key priorities.As a Content Marketing Strategy Senior Associate within Asset & Wealth Management, you will work with senior leaders and internal business partners to execute key strategic projects and assist with solving day-to-day business issues. Collaborate with partners across the team to ensure coordination on key marketing initiatives.
Partner with various business groups across AWM (Marketing, Client, Investment, Finance, Ops, Tech, Controls, Events, HR, and Strategy Teams) to execute key priorities.
Maintain business management materials, including organization charts.
Communicate priorities, processes, and initiatives in a simple and compelling way.
Track progress and maintain dashboards against the team's priorities and initiatives.
Assist with agenda development and implementation of global team meetings.
Organize, plan, and participate in meetings, managing follow-up items.
Manage the budget, coordinating between Finance and various team members.
Create and manage presentations
Attend applicable meetings to maintain broader connectivity and awareness.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5+ years of experience with exposure/involvement in one or more of the various Asset and Wealth Management businesses.
Ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly to all levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly.
Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
Strong project management and editorial skills - able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and effectively track deliverables to completion.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
BA or BS degree.
Expertise in PowerPoint: creating slides and editing presentations.
