Your Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll:

- Collaborate with B2B clients to build partnerships that bring in revenue and drive traffic.

- Generate new business leads and conduct cold calls to secure contracts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in industries such as hospitality, senior living, and property management.

- Conduct on-site assessments and recommend tailored pest control solutions.

- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed agreed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain a detailed database of current and potential customers.

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

- Proven Sales Skills: Experience in sales, cold calling, and relationship-building.

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

- Organized Multitasker: Exceptional ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines.

- Industry Experience: A network of contacts in hospitality, shelters, senior living facilities, or property management is a plus.
