The Social Media Marketing Coordinator’s job entails assisting and implementing marketing strategies by developing various elements essential for the growth of the company. Support sales by driving marketing campaigns for our particular services.
Build and manage the company’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Layout, produce and design of marketing materials and literature.
Manage / update website and website design.
Explore and identify new ways to engage social networks to reach our target clientele.
Create content regularly to grow company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, editorial articles and other content).
Compile, produce and analyze social media campaigns and messages.
Creatively collaborate with members of the company to craft and pitch press releases that expand brand awareness.
Write property descriptions, articles and promotional material for the company.
Essential Functions of the Social Media Marketing Specialist include:
Development and implement a brand strategy and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent across the board
Develop and enhance the business' online/social media presence using our unique "voice"
Design, build, and maintain marketing social media presence
Work closely with the company’s small sales team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations that are on brand.
Work with team to ensure branding and campaign creative are properly reflected in digital properties
Design print property marketing materials and digital flyers using mailchimp that are on brand
Update/manage company website (Squarespace platform)
Create content that is ranked highly by search engines
Manage and track search engine analytics, document, and report trends
Enhance and increase SEO presence and domain authority
To qualify, candidates must meet the following:
Excellent writing and editing skills is a must
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Knowledge Of Digital Marketing
Knowledge, experience, and expertise in working with social media platforms, specifically Instagram
Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
General working knowledge of HTML/CSS and other web languages
General experience with additional design software is a plus, e.g., Canva,Squarespace,etc
Knowledge and experience with SEO & Keyword optimization and management of SEO campaigns
Proficient in Graphic Design
