MAINTENANCE TECH

Shift: Monday thru Friday

7am until duties are completed

Job duties include:

Use backpack blower

Use street vacuum

Drywall repair

Stucco repair

AC line drainage

Fountain Maintenance

Switch out Trash cans

Light inspection

Remove shopping carts

Mop three elevators

Sweep and Mop floors

TERMS FOR HIRING:

One year of cleaning experience

No criminal record

Reliable transportation

Reside in the Westside

Honest hard working person

Detail oriented

No drug use including marijuana

Able to follow directions
