Associate Attorney (Employment Litigation)

We are looking to hire an associate with 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation. The candidate must have outstanding analytical and legal research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required. Responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing and summarizing documents, creating trial strategy, drafting briefs, defending and taking depositions, conducting legal research, drafting opinion letters and making court appearances.
