Kitchen & Bath Sales / Designer / Manager

Our midsize construction company rebuilds 40-50 fire-damaged homes per year using insurance policy proceeds. We put K&B into most of them, and we'd like to expand that part of the business to serve middle to high end non-emergency customers for remodeling services - we can already do almost anything, so we're in a good place to expand.

Looking for a senior-level person with the skills and abilities to market, sell, and ensure completeness for K&B/Remodeling customers that we've never met before. You will be expected to generate enough business to easily justify your position with us, so expect that to be the first line of questions if you reply.

If you are not yet experienced/aspirational or otherwise not qualified, please be smart enough to know it?

We aren't in the position to train junior or intermediate people, so we're looking with someone that can articulate a full body of experience and how they have the abilities to move quickly into a space where quality, integrity, and good pay for hard work are all the norm.

Presently serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, but open to new ideas.
