And we’ll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.How will you make an impact in this role?Sales Enablement Organization focuses on accelerating commercial business growth through training, tools and insights to provide a best-in-class customer experience and create a culture of doing it the right way.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team and spearhead the development of a comprehensive framework for Personal Improvement Plans (PIPs) across various US SME channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bring in efficiencies and effectively partner with key stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD organization and CEG. This position will support the development and implementation of analytical solutions, to provide consultative support to the GCS leadership team. The incumbent will also highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance business decision-making processes, while working very closely with Sales, Marketing, Capabilities, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive growth in the sales organization.Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a robust framework for Personal Improvement Plans tailored to the needs of different US SME channels.

Identify and integrate strategic efficiencies within the PIP framework to enhance overall effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.

Foster strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including the SME Sales and AD organization and CEG, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of PIPs.

Leading a high performing team and ensuring a close collaboration & partnership with regional & global stakeholders

Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business needs and to establish analytical hypothesis and solutions

Have outstanding knowledge of Python, SQL, and Hive encompassing data manipulation and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques

Leverage predictive modeling to identify tactics for channel optimization of existing areas and conceptualize opportunities.

Deliver sophisticated analyses independently

Ability to drive alignment among customers and key partners; write compelling messages addressed to various audiences/levels within the organization

Self-motivated individual who can problem-solve and think critically, to develop concrete insights backed by data and analytics

Find opportunities to strengthen business performance; demonstrate learning agility

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Engineering)

High proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong working knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Hive, PySpark, scikit-learn etc.)

Experience in Big Data environment, inclusive of data mining techniques

Programming: SQL, SAS, Python/R, Unix scripting, Excel/VBA

Experience applying advanced statistical and/or quantitative techniques to solve business problems

Hands-on analytics and machine learning (ML) experience with understanding of data processing and model validation. Ability to address performance issues and to manipulate both structured and unstructured data

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot, macros, deck-writing)

Ability to cultivate relationships and partner with multiple collaborators, with superb interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to deliver results, work independently, and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

6 years of Database Architecture & Administration experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience with at least 3 years in leading a team is preferred

Proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce, or statistical software programs

Big data platform (Hadoop, SPARK, NoSQL DB, RDBMS)

Cloud Products & Services like Google Cloud

Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, Splunk

Servicing Platforms like Service Now

Others: Confluence, Sharepoint or any other workflow and content management tool

Proven track record of independently developing novel analytical solutions optimizing business processes

Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, dynamic environment

QualificationsSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
