Requirements

2 years recent experience as a Prep Cook

Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Read and speak fluent English.

Reliable transportation and punctual.

Serve Safe preferred.

Job Brief

We are looking for professional Line Cook to prepare food to the menus specifications.

Must have experience with, fryers and pantry. Must know how to prepare sauces and noodles for ziti, alfredo, and mac and cheese

Duties will consist of assisting co-workers with daily tasks. Prep, service, cleaning and dishwashing.

Closing shifts, 40 hrs F/T - P/T (available)

Pizza making dough, cutting cheese and catering experience a plus.
