We are looking to add an experienced Office Admin Assistant to work at our office, located at 850 East Oakland Park Blvd, Ft Lauderdale 33334

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION

Should have at least 5 plus years of Administrative Assistant Manager experience!

University Degree preferred or good management experience.

Multitasking

QUICKBOOK A MUST - QuickBooks online versatility great plus - changing from QuickBook Desktop to Online

5 Days a week -at the office - could start Part time if you want

We manage several properties in the Pompano, Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park area.

Our office is relatively small with 4 people and a great easy going environment.

You will be reporting to our Accountant and the owners.

We bill once a month and collect beginning of the month.

We have a few new tenants almost every month

Quickbook entries and total familiarity a must.

Qualifications:

Must have great interpersonal skills on phone and in person

Must have experience in treating clients with professionalism

Must have great attitude

Multitasking capabilities - as everyday is different at our office.

Administrative experience - multitasking

Collections once a month

College Degree a plus

Multi Tasking : Phones, scheduling clients, record keeping, computer skills

administrative and personnel management

Staff management

Vendors and tending to few other tasks

Servicing clients

Hablas Espanol ? Great Plus
