Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional blowout services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Build positive relationships with clients and team members.

Uphold Drybar’s high standards for styling and finishing.

Provide add-on services, including braids, updos, and extensions.

What We’re Looking For in Candidates:

A current and valid cosmetology license for the state of Indiana.

1+ years of cosmetology experience (preferred).

Excellent hair styling and finishing skills.

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for beauty.

Dependable and motivated individuals who work well in a team setting.

Job Details:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected Hours: 20–30 per week

Schedule Options: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends, weekends only
