Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities for a fleet of vehicles
- Assign techs to specific calls
- Communicate with tech and customers to ensure timely and efficient of service
- Perform data entry and log call statuses
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience preferred
- Knowledge of doors & locksmith industry a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
