Job Details:

Full-Time Position: 45+ hours per week

Certification: Must be a Certified Home Health Aide

Responsibilities:

Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ needs and dietary restrictions.

Companionship: Offer emotional support, engage in friendly conversation, and accompany clients to appointments or social events.

Household Chores: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications at the appropriate times, in accordance with their care plan.

Monitoring Health: Track clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or family members.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and their families.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Compassion, patience, and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and assist with mobility tasks as needed.
