Farm or General Worker Needed

Farm Laborer with other duties.

This is a strenuous, high-paced position. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis. This position would be ideal for someone with farm, construction/carpentry, heavy equipment, and/or tractor experience, who understands hard work and ethics and wants to join a fun and hardworking company. Lots of farm work, with construction, equipment, and other tasks at times, including cutting wood with a chainsaw. CDL not required but a plus!

Pay starts out at $20-30 per hour, or higher + depending on your experience- it could be quite a bit more if you have the prior experience and are a hard worker. This would likely start out as 2-3 days per week, approx 20-30 hrs per week, then becoming full time with OT available starting in the spring. Plan on working some Saturdays. Paid-time-off. Bonuses based on performance. Health & Dental benefits for employee 100% paid by employer after 90 days of working full-time.
