We’re looking for a qualified Security Officer ,like you, to join our Texas Health Resources family.Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028Work hours: Monday-Wednesday 3:00pm-11:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00pm-7:30am. Rotating/variable evenings and overnight, any potential days of the weekPublic Safety Department highlights:

Here’s What You Need

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent is required And

Associate's Degree Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or closely related field. is preferred

2 Years security or law enforcement is preferred

2 Years healthcare or education is preferred

DL - Drivers License Class C and insurable Upon Hire is required And

CSO - Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 2 (not required if have Level 3) 14 Days is required And

CSO - Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 3 (2 attempts permitted). Biannual recertification. 60 Days is required And

TASER Certification Complete Course & Certification (2 attempts permitted). Annual recertification. 60 Days is required And

ACPI - Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 30 Days is required

What You Will Do

Patrol buildings and clinics for unlocked secured areas for after-hour entry.

Conducts random weapon screening.

Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities. Reports and escalates situations to the Threat Management team as appropriate.

Provides quality customer service to Texas Health employees, visitors, and guest.

Provides transport/and escorts to and from campus parking lots

Responds timely to calls for service and emergency situations.

Interacts with and provides assistance to Police, Fire, EMS and other emergency staff as required
