Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone and email
Respond to requests for regulatory and compliance documents promptly and professionally
Manage customer relationships by providing updates on order status, tracking information, and special requests
Oversee the sample fulfillment process, from receiving sample orders to packaging and shipping
Verify the accuracy of outbound orders, ensuring all labels, quantities, and documentation are correct
Conduct final quality control checks to ensure shipments meet presentation, stability and food safety standards
Perform general office duties, including organizing, filing, printing, and managing documents
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively
Ability to handle diverse tasks and identify practical solutions to operational challenges
Proficient in using business management software, email systems and platforms
