Do you have a passion for coffee and a bubbly personality that lights up the room? We're looking for experienced Baristas to join our team throughout our Subculture Coffee Roasters locations. As a valued member of our crew, you'll help craft exceptional coffee and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for our loyal customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous barista experience is a must! You know your way around an espresso machine, and you're ready to bring your skills to the next level.

Personality: A positive attitude and friendly demeanor are key! You should be able to connect with customers, make them feel welcome, and bring your best energy to the team.

Flexibility: Availability to work a mix of opening and closing shifts, with the potential to float between our 5 locations. We value your time, and we’ll work to create a schedule that fits your needs!

Starting Rate: $15 per hour, with room to grow and earn tips.
