Office Administrative Assistant
Looking for an individual to assist with clerical/administrative duties and provide support to the office manager and owner.
Must have one year (1) experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general office equipment and duties. Preferably someone with working knowledge of: Sage 100, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office/Outlook.
General Main Office Duties
General Duties:
Assist with general office duties
Assist Office Manager with compliance, equipment maintenance and vehicle fleet management
Special projects
Assist in maintaining all bills on autopay; create and record new incoming bills
Assist in the setting up of vendors and subcontractor’s files
Assist with invoice coding, approvals and posting
Assist with the file management process
Assist in intercompany billing and invoices
Post payments
Maintain accounts receivable transactions
Track and report on past due invoices
