Tax return preparer

We are a small CPA firm in Wellesley, MA. We are currently seeking a tax preparer with at least 1 year of experience preparing individual tax returns. The ideal candidate will be able to work at least 32 hours per week although the specific hours and days are flexible. This is not a remote work position. The job would start sometime in January 2025 and run through April 15th. There is an option for off-season part-time hours after tax season concludes. We offer a casual and friendly work environment in the office.

Prior individual tax preparation experience is a must. Experience also preparing small business and trust tax returns preferred. Familiarity with Prof(x) or Axcess Tax a plus.

Hourly compensation based on experience including a generous season-end bonus depending on performance.
