About This Position:

Our Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating with service customers and assisting them with getting the service work they need completed. This includes gathering information, analyzing the needs of the customer, recording details in the company’s CRM, preparing quotes, and providing support to service technicians and customers throughout the repair process with the assistance and at the direction of the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, empathetic individual who has strong communication skills.

Qualifications :

Resourceful self-starter and problem solver

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confident and outgoing personality

Detail oriented and strong interest in learning all about solar

General computer skills that show a proficiency in using Excel, Word and a CRM

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Professional work ethic and commitment to a team environment

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (for occasional travel to office to check deliveries, inventory)

Compensation:

We will provide the training you need to be successful

Full-time year-round (M-F) position

Hybrid work – in the office a day or two a week

Pay rate between $16 and $20 per hour based on experience

Business expense reimbursement (including miles)
