NETWORK DEVELOPMENTIdentify growth opportunities in targeted areas and recruit new merchantsActively participate in negotiating contracts and integrating merchants into the Unimax networkEnsure the opening and successful deployment of new points of sale in collaboration with internal teamsIdentify Otobox stores that could become Point S and V1Identify and transfer Méga Pneu and Pneus Prestige stores to more prestigious banners such as Point S, V1, and OtoboxBuild strong relationships with Account Managers at Stox/other distributorsIdentify potential acquisition targets NETWORK OPERATIONS MANAGEMENTOversee and support existing merchants to ensure adherence to banner standards regarding service, quality, and brand imageImplement operational processes, including training, to optimize merchant performanceVisit merchants twice a year, with one visit focused on operations/training and the second for follow-upOrganize and lead training sessions to enhance merchant teams' skills in tire sales, management, customer service, and productsAct as the main point of contact for merchants, ensuring regular follow-up and proactive support to meet their needs and resolve issuesDeploy sales, marketing, and promotional programs tailored to the specific needs of the marketEvaluate the effectiveness of ongoing initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize impact and merchant engagementSet specific performance objectives with each merchantCommunicate merchant performance and results to the Business Development ManagerDevelop initiatives to diversify merchant activities and enhance their competitiveness
