We are in need of several new team members! Resident Assistant /Care-Giver Position Available Immediately (All Shifts)

Amber Lantern, LLC is a small organization which owns and operates adult supervised mental healthcare living facilities located in beautiful San Antonio, Texas, near the famous Riverwalk. We have been in business for four years and are continueing to grow. All appicantions will be considered. Experience is welcomed however, it is not required. We offer accredited training to the right applicant. We also offer competitive wages, as well as opportunities for growth. A back ground check is required and all applicants must be 21 years of age or older. All applicants are required to have their own transportation.

The Resident Assistant /Care-Giver Position duties are to assist the residents with their activities of daily living, healthcare management and socialization. The candidate(s) must be compassionate, reliable, motivated (able to take initiative), able to communicate clearly and inter-act daily with the residents, Fluent in English is required (Spanish speaking a plus) and able to work cooperatively with the Amber Lantern team to ensure all resident’s needs are being met and that they receive proper care.
