Copper Premium Pub/Executive Sous Chef/ $60k yr. Plus bonuses
We are looking for a professional and motivated individual who has a passion for the food industry. As part of the management team you will be responsible for the day to day operations from training, menu development, inventory control, cleanliness and food safety measures.
We would like for you to have:
Three to five years kitchen management experience
Needs to be a leader with positive skills and passionate about great customer service
Must have excellent communication and strong leadership skills with all staff to effectively
train and develop a strong serving team
Must have good computer and organizational skills
Comprehensive knowledge of food, sanitation and food cost control
. Must be able to handle high volume
ServSafe certified
