Are you a self-proclaimed pasta fiend who can talk about the intricacies of pasta shapes for hours on end? Do you love sharing family recipes or the secrets of the perfect cacio e pepe? Come join the Ferrazzani’s team!

As our Pasta Enthusiast and Sales Superstar, you'll be responsible for sharing your love and knowledge of Ferrazzani’s housemade fresh and dried pastas with our customers. You'll also be the ultimate market ninja, building cravable sandwiches, fulfilling online orders, and managing inventory systems like a boss.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years working FOH or BOH in a restaurant, deli, or gourmet market, along with knowledge of Italian food culture, cooking, and specialty ingredients. You should also be able to lift overhead, move up to 50# at a time, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and kneel freely. Being Serv Safe certified is a must, as is having exceptional written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with Toast POS systems a plus.
