Opportunity Knocks, Looking for an experienced all around mechanic

One man show, I have a small fleet that consist of semi trucks, trailers, mini excavator, back hoe etc. Hours are Monday through Friday. Truck and gas provided for work only, will be mobile at times. Would prefer to be certified, but will be open, CDL required, Looking for someone to solve my problems when they come up, manage inspections as well as preventive maintenance etc. Must be knowledgeable with diesel components and air brakes. Most of my equipment is old school
