Head Chef
We are looking for a qualified and energetic lead chef with at least 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities include:
Menu planning: Creating dishes, designing menus, and ensuring they meet quality standards
Managing the kitchen: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
Managing staff: Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene procedures
Managing costs: Calculating costs, liaising with suppliers, and managing inventory

Full Time position including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary based on experience $50,000 - $70,000
