Head Cook/Kitchen Supervisor

Full time head cook/supervisor needed for a busy restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 1st stop off the L train. Main duties include overseeing AM prep cooks, back up cook for breakfast/brunch/lunch shifts, ordering food & supplies. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a must as well as availability in the mornings and weekends.
