Experienced Saucier Chef-Part Time

Well established meal delivery service looking for an experieced Saucier chef to join our team and work directly with the chef and sous chef. This is a great opportunity to come in and show your expertise. Hours are part time, Sundays 8-10 hour shift, hours flexible. This is a great job if you want to add 1 day a week to your work week. We are looking for someone to really take ownership of the processes. Experience absolutely necessary in executing stocks broths, dressings and sauces.

Ideal Candidates:

Have experience as a saucier

Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.

Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.

Prepare and execute key components of dishes.

Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.

Be legal to work in the US, this is a W2 position

Spanish speaking a plus
