You will be responsible for ensuring that the right parts are readily available in a timely manner to meet the needs of our customers and technicians. This is a challenging position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Reports to: Location Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using inventory management software

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on needed activities and will include warehouse, sales floor and external environments.

Some activities will include lifting (maximum 75 lbs.), sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions.

Supervisory Responsibilities: NoEssential Job Functions:

Maintain accurate inventory records of all parts and equipment

Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and equipment

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment

Prepare parts and equipment for distribution

Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory audits

Process warranty parts returns

Resolve discrepancies and address any issues in a timely manner

Prepare quotes for preventative maintenance plans

Prepare quotes and manage the generator rentals
