Marine Mechanic/Technician

Well-established Everett marine supply and service business looking for a Marine Mechanic/Technician to perform repair work on boats and marine engines in our service department.

Job Responsibilities

Repair boats and marine engines (inboard) using hand and power tools

Inspect and test engine equipment to troubleshoot problems to include electrical, steering, propulsion, and exhaust systems

Complete repairs in a timely and satisfactory manner

Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment

Skills/Qualifications

Experience working as a marine mechanic/technician

Solid repair skills with strong attention to detail

Effective problem-solving skills

Computer literate and ability to learn/adapt quickly

Ability to get along with co-workers and maintain effective working relationships with staff

Job Details

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Day hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Pay range: $28 to $45 per hour (depending on experience)
