Pipe Layer
Strickland and Sons Excavation is looking for looking for an experienced pipe layer to join our team We need someone who is willing to learn, a hard worker can show up on time every day and has general knowledge in this field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must be experienced installing sewer, storm, and water mainline & dry utilities
- Experience with pipe lasers, plate compactors, jumping jacks, demo saws, generators and air compressors
- Experience working with shoring and trench boxes
- Knowledgeable with confined space procedures and safety equipment
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- At least 2 years minimum installing mainline utilities
- Anything and everything involved in excavation work
The ideal candidate must be a team player, punctual, problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude is a must.
Must be willing to learn. If you already know everything this job is not for you.

Qualified hiring would be immediate, pay is every other week. Wage is based on experience, $40-$50/hr. Medical, dental, vision and retirement.
