Restaurant Manager - Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager for our Blueridge location to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for guest relations, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to safety and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Ensure top-quality service, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly.
Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, food and beverage quality, and staff performance.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance standards and provide a positive work environment.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage inventory, food cost, and assist with budgeting and cost control.
Administration: Manage schedules, report on performance, and handle guest feedback.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Fine Dining Restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
