Looking for someone over 50 years old, sober, past the drama of life "divorce, custody, law enforcement". You should be fluent in renovations. Jack of all. Painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, flooring "carpet a plus". Truck or van a plus but not required. $20 to $30 to start. Should have all your own tools for top money.
