Trade Skills & Experience Required:

Construction Industry Experience: 5-10 years

Ability to read and understand construction plans.

General Residential Construction Experience Including Any Of The Following:

Framing Installation of windows and doors Working knowledge of basic residential plumbing and electrical Light Residential Demolition

Drywall repairs, installation and making ready for paint.

All levels of trim/millwork installation including pre-finished moldings, crown, base, and doors.

We specialize in decks, outdoor living spaces, home additions and new construction, as well as remodels and replacement doors/windows.

Additional Qualifications:

Must hold a valid driver's license.

Have reliable transportation.

Pass a background check.

Read, write, speak, and understand English.

Ability to speak and understand Spanish is a plus.
