Dog Bather - Full Time

No experience required, will train the right fit

Bathe, brush and dry dogs and while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Understanding and having a basic knowledge of dog body language

Always keeping the pets safety as a number one priority

Be able to lift up to 50lb dogs onto a table and into a tub

Preparing pets for the groomer by shampooing, bathing, brushing and drying

Completing bath dogs by brushing, combing and de-shedding ( with 3 different tools), plucking ears, cleaning ears

Report to the groomer, and front desk receptionist if any signs of illness and/or injury in animals is noticed

Maintaining a safe and clean environment, including but not limited to disinfecting crates, drying tables, tubs, sweeping and mopping floor, and removal of garbage

Reporting to the managers any products ( ex

shampoo, ear powder, ear cleaner, etc.) that are running low or out of stock

Able to work in a high volume fast paced environment to keep up with the grooming schedule

Assist with laundry if needed
