Head Bartender for New Sake Bar

New sake bar opening in the Lower East Side is hiring a Head Bartender. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive sake knowledge to take a leading role. Please note that our menu is focused exclusively on beer, sake, and wine.

This is a full-time, working position requiring 4-5 days a week behind the bar. The role offers creative control over the beverage program, along with some additional paid responsibilities, including inventory management and ordering.

Must have

- Previous sake / Japanese bar experience

- Extensive sake knowledge and passion for the products
