Residential Make Ready Needed

This is a full-time Make Ready/Remodel position. HOUR WAGE! WEEKLY PAY!

These positions require tools and knowledge of general "make ready" on rental homes and residential remodels. This is a weekly paid, HOURLY 1099 position. We are NOT looking to hire "crews" or companies. We have several positions available.

General knowledge needed, but not limited to, basic remodeling, such as painting interior and exterior, replacing doors and window glass, toilets, GFIs, light fixtures, and light electrical work. Plumbing experience, such as changing supply lines, installing faucets, installing dishwashers, and fixing plumbing leaks.

We are looking for several qualified individuals who have a truck and the ability to pull a trailer. You must have your own tools. The qualified person must be reliable and work effectively and efficiently, with high-quality performance and work.
