Description Hannah Savage with Robert Half is working with a dynamic organization in the Rochester, NY area that specializes in taking pride in their commitment to excellence, teamwork, and providing top-notch services to their clients. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Sales Support Administrator to join their team and play a critical role in both our financial operations and sales processes.Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner. Address discrepancies and maintain clear records.

Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate records, track stock levels, and assist with inventory-related reporting.

Sales Support: Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including preparing reports, managing customer accounts, and assisting with order processing.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements, monthly reports, and budgets.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and foster a team-oriented environment.

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Approximately 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.

Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using QuickBooks software required
