Job Title: Apple Certified - Repair TechnicianPay: $25.00-$28.00 /hrShift: First shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pmLocation: Northside, Jacksonville, FL.DescriptionWe are looking for a Repair Technician who would be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of Apple products including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc Will be responsible for imaging computers, wiping, and uploading new software and data etc. Also would be replacing batteries, RAM, and simple hardware.Essential Duties: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. Provide both on-site and remote support for Apple products, addressing hardware repairs, operating system issues, and software installations. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on macOS and iOS devices to ensure optimal performance. Assist with data recovery, backups, and migrations on Apple devices.Skills & Qualifications Expertise in diagnosing and repairing iPhones, iPads, MacBook's, and iMacs, including hardware components (displays, batteries, motherboards, etc.). Experience in Global Service Exchange (GXS) Experience with Apple Business Manager setup and management. Knowledge of macOS and iOS security hardening. Strong understanding of macOS and iOS operating systems. Familiarity with Apple diagnostic tools and repair procedures. Experience with cloud services, including iCloud, iTunes, and Apple ID management.Top Skills
Apple Certified Professional (ACSP or ACMT) or equivalent certification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the repair and troubleshooting of Apple products.
