## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, with a passion for creating delicious dishes while adhering to food safety standards. pizza experience a plus.

## Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow

- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

## Requirements

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils including knives

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience in meal preparation and working in a dietary department is a plus

- Certification in food safety is desirable
