Job Title: Project Manager (Demolition,Shell Construction and Pour back)

Salary: $25 - $27 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

We are a leading construction company specializing in demolition, Shell Construction services and fireproofing We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee our projects with expertise and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage demolition and concrete-cutting or fireproofing projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high-quality performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within the Demolition ; Shell Construction industry

- Expertise in Shell Construction techniques.

- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
