Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at World Tennis Club located in Naples, FL. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, ensuring effective communication using phone, email, website and messaging while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing office administration tasks and assisting the Associate and General managers of the community.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
Experience with Canva a plus
Proficiency in using office equipment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in office administration is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
