Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting pet owners with product selection and education.

Share knowledge about our all-natural and organic pet food, treats, and holistic remedies.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management.

Build relationships with customers to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Passion for pets and their well-being.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, friendly attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to learn and share knowledge about our products and their benefits.

Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
