Farm Worker for Vegetable Farm

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual for part-time employment on our organic farm. Our farming approach prioritizes regenerative farming, employing no-till techniques and organic principles to cultivate nutrient-rich produce.

Responsibilities will span various facets of small-scale farming, including bed preparation, seeding, transplanting, cultivation, harvesting, washing and packing, nursery propagation, and more. This isn't solely a hand-weeding role; it's about employing intelligent strategies for efficient vegetable production. Flexibility is key, as you'll need to work in diverse weather conditions, from rain to intense heat. Reliable transportation to and from Mililani is a must, along with a commitment to early morning shifts.
