Responsibilities and Duties

Set up station according to guidelines.

Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications

Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.

Maintains work area practicing proper safety and organizational skills.

Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Ticket time awareness and communication
