Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all operations of the body shop

- Manage workflow, technicians, and quality control standards

- Ensure proper inventory of parts and supplies

- Recruit, manage, and retain staff

- Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction

- Plan daily/weekly schedules for the team

- Financial oversight, including reviewing and signing off on work orders

- Promote and enforce safety standards

Position Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of auto body management experience

- Experience in auto body estimating and negotiating with insurance companies

- A valid driver’s license

- Exceptional communication skills

- Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
